All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.

For Sports Betting, official results from recognised sports governing bodies serve as the primary reference.
In the event of a technical disruption or connection failure during a game session, Padubet will endeavour to resolve any dispute fairly based on available system records. If a game result cannot be verified, the bet will typically be voided and the wagering amount refunded.
For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, unless there is an obvious error in the odds publication. Padubet reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds and will notify affected members accordingly.
As a Padubet member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, ethical manner that does not cause harm to other users or the integrity of the platform.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the Padubet support team via live chat. Prior to termination, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance may be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
If an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance may be held while the investigation is ongoing. If no violation is found, the balance will be returned to the member. If a violation is proven, Padubet reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the balance as required.
